The Foss Chamber Chorus is a mixed choir of students majoring in classical singing at Foss High School in Oslo, Norway.
Their conductor for the last 20 years is Paul Rulestad.
His predecessor is the Norwegian conductor – legend and Paul’s mentor, Carl Høgseth.
The choir mainly sings in concerts organized by the school or in concert halls and churches in Oslo. This year they sang in the church of St. Paul in the fall and at Campen Church in the spring semester. They also perform a concert before Christmas. Among the composers they perform are: Durufle, Poulenc, Grieg, Kruse, Bruckner.
The choir that arrived in Bulgaria for the summer tour of the “Bulgaria and Norway Sing” project is part of the large school choir that this year sang Misa Criolla (Ariel Ramirez) and a program of pop/rock songs from the 70s, 80s and 2000 (including Queen, Coldplay, 10cc and Supertramp)
